Position Summary
Terra Consulting Group is seeking a highly skilled individual to join its team as a Project Coordinator. As a Project Coordinator, you will assist Project Managers, Market Managers and clients at various stages of project development, enter data regarding target and completion dates for deliverables, provide financial tracking and project status and prepare other project management metrics using the company/client database.

Roles & Responsibilities
Provide project support by effectively organizing, facilitating and overseeing the flow of information between multiple people and systems
Proactively track deliverable status, escalating late/delayed project status, as required
Internally submit purchase order requests and ensure the purchase orders are generated.
Work closely with Finance to resolve any issues regarding billing
Job Requirements
Education
Associates or Bachelor’s degree in project management, business administration, or related studies is preferred
Experience
Experience in a similar project coordinator or administrative support role, preferred
Experience in a consulting or engineering firm a plus
Skills/Knowledge/Abilities
Highly skilled in organization, prioritization and time management
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel, is required; knowledge of SharePoint is a plus
Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with co-workers, subcontractors, clients or their representatives
Highly self-motivated, ability to work individually, demonstrates problem-solving and analytical thinking
Able to learn quickly, retain information and work in various databases and systems
Must be permanently authorized to work in the United States
Physical Requirements
While performing the duties of this job, the incumbent is regularly required to sit; use hand and fingers, handle, or feel objects, tools, or controls; reach with hands and arms; and talk or hear. The incumbent is occasionally required to walk or stand for long periods of time. The incumbent may be required to lift and/or move up to 10 lbs. and occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 lbs.
