Marketing Graphic Designer - Omaha, Neb or Remote (Full Time)
Position Summary
Vivacity Infrastructure Group is seeking a talented and experienced Graphic Designer with a strong background in corporate branding initiatives, digital content development and web design to join our team. Roles & Responsibilities
Conceptualize, design and create graphic materials and elements in accordance with corporate image and style standards, including flyers, cutsheets, brochures, print ads, social media graphics, marketing campaign graphics, website layouts, logos, proposal graphics, presentations, large-scale print projects, short-form videos and more
Collaborate with the creative team to develop and execute design solutions that best portray our companies and brands as thought leaders within our target markets
Develop co-branded marketing materials that promote our customers’ network assets and projects while simultaneously respecting and incorporating their brand guidelines
Update and consistently refresh company websites, adding new content and pages while incorporating SEO best practices and monitoring results
Serve as a Subject Matter Expert for Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator and Premiere Pro
Ensure designs contribute meaning to company’s business objectives and aligns with brand guidelines
Stay current with industry trends and best practices to ensure designs are innovative and competitive
Job Requirements
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts or related field
Experience
3-5 years’ experience in Graphic Design, preferably in a corporate setting
In-depth experience in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly in InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator and Acrobat
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products, specifically MS Word and PowerPoint
Experience balancing tight deadlines with superior design
Proven experience in social media, pre-press production and photo/video operation
Basic HTML and web development concepts
Squarespace and Google Analytics experience is a definite plus
Telecommunications, design or construction industry experience preferred, but not required
Skills/Knowledge/Abilities
Knowledge of SEO and digital marketing principles
Ability to effectively manage competing and conflicting demands while remaining flexible to constantly changing work priorities
Must be able to work autonomously but enjoy working as part of a team

Work Environment
Position is hybrid or remote. An occasional in-person meeting may or may not be required. Must be open to occasional in-person meetings. While performing the duties of this job in person, the incumbent will work in a semi-quiet office environment.
