Vivacity Infrastructure Group Welcomes New Vice President of Business Development to Accelerate Market Growth in the Northeast
Chicago – December 3, 2024 – Vivacity Infrastructure Group, a trusted provider of communications infrastructure solutions and services, announces the appointment of Jessica Fowler as Vice President of Business Development - Northeast. In this role, Fowler will spearhead market growth and lead initiatives that support and elevate the company’s presence across the Northeast region of the U.S. The addition is timely as the company has recently celebrated the kick-off to construct an over 200-mile fiber optic middle-mile network throughout Grafton County, New Hampshire.
Fowler joins Vivacity Infrastructure Group with more than 10 years of industry experience, including previous roles with Lit Communities/Lit Fiber, Project Delivery Associates and NorthwestConneCT, where she developed a proven track record of fostering long-term partnerships, driving growth in new markets, and delivering innovative strategies to expand communications infrastructure. Her expertise, problem-solving, leadership, and exceptional communication skills will help cultivate Vivacity’s reach and support current and future customers in the fast-growing Northeast market.
“Vivacity Infrastructure Group proudly welcomes Jessica Fowler to our team,” commented Kyle Hildebrand, Chief Revenue Officer, Vivacity Infrastructure Group. “Her commitment and dedication to facilitating broadband growth and her community-first mindset make her a perfect fit. She will be instrumental in helping us meet the evolving needs of our clients.”
As Chief Client Officer at Lit Communities/Lit Fiber, Fowler contributed to the strategic decision marketing for nationwide fiber network expansion, including conducting analyses to align with municipalities for fiber infrastructure development. Prior to Lit, Fowler served as Chief Operating Officer at Project Delivery Associates and Vice President at NorthwestConneCT. She graduated from Bernard Baruch College with a Master's in Public Administration.
"What attracted me to Vivacity is its impressive track record for network deployments across the country and its white-glove, turnkey services," said Fowler. "Vivacity understands what it takes to build out broadband infrastructure and how to provide communities with the support and oversight necessary to get projects completed as well as operate, maintain, and commercialize their valuable network infrastructure assets. Without a partner who cares and gives 110%, success can be elusive. I look forward to continuing my life’s work to connect people, places, and things in the pursuit of economic and social growth through my position at Vivacity.”
