Position Summary
Vivacity Infrastructure Group is seeking a Human Resources Generalist skilled in providing support in various HR functions, including employee relations, benefits administration, and compliance to join our team. As a Human Resources Generalist, you will develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with federal, state, and local laws. Our ideal candidate has 3-5 years of experience in HR, with a focus on employee relations, benefits administration and compliance.

Roles & Responsibilities
Provide guidance and support to employees on HR-related issues, including performance management, conflict resolution, and employee relations
Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with record-keeping requirements
Manage leave of absence programs, including FMLA and other state-specific leave laws
Conduct HR-related training sessions for managers and employees
Participate in HR projects and initiatives as needed
Job Requirements
Education
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
Skills/Knowledge/Abilities
Strong knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and sensitivity
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR information systems
PHR or SPHR certification preferred but not required
